Streetlights dead on Kala Kuan main road for two weeks

Every streetlight between Kala Kuan chowk and the hospital gate has been dark for two weeks. Women returning from evening shifts and school children at tuition time walk in complete darkness, and two-wheelers keep hitting invisible potholes. Two complaints at the ward office have gone nowhere.
